I'm addressing specifically the Infusion Center at Gila Regional Medical Center. After almost three months of working with my specialist in Albuquerque, I finally got into the infusion center (no fault of theirs or my Albuquerque doctor that it took so long). I was on my LAST day to have a critical shot. The two nurses at the Infusion Center were AMAZING! My biggest concern with GWMC is that from what I have seen and heard, it lacks critical strategic communications and customer service skills. The two nurses in the Infusion Center had both and were excellent! They even scheduled out my next appointment without me asking.

I just got done doing 30 days in residential I loved it. It’s a great place. It really changed. My life. Helped me find myself. I have came a long ways. I’m not the same person that walked in those doors and I thank them for helping me find myself and getting my life back. The staff are amazing each and everyone of them has helped me out. I’ve been coming to New Mexico Treatment Center for some time now there’s been a lot of staff that have came an gone it’s sad just when we start to open up to these counselors the next week they’re gone .Theres a few really good counselors up stairs .Theres 1 Dedicated to Her patience the most is Darlene, any time anyone has questions or concerns she’s on it. She goes above & beyond for her patience helps get dog food donated for those who are homeless with animals. They didn’t have security when I first started coming now they do it’s helped, u just have those without any where to go so yes they do hang around . I think they’re should be more programs that are hands on because Being an addict is one thing and for some it’s even harder for some to sit in a room full active users it makes it hard for those who are taking their sobriety serious. Keep up the fight to end addiction.

My daughter was there for 90 days. I visited her, I loved the atmosphere, so peaceful, and they helped my daughter a lot. The staff was outstanding, everyone was so pleasant. I have heard a lot of people say this is a cult because of the reciting, well I guess catholisism is a cult because of standing and sitting and repeating after the priest. I graduated the program and did the continuess program, did internship then got a job, place and car.. I worked the program,, just like any other program ITS UP TO YOU weather you succeed or not!!! I'm grateful that I was able to get closer to my higher power, graduate drug court, mend my relationship with my daughter and parents, grow in many areas and become stable ,employed and learn about myself, traditions, culture, and so much more. Its not easy but its worth it! Rose and Peter were my mentors. I still keep in touch with Peter! He was the best and showed genuine care. Ray hosted bible study and meditation...to this day I still do those soul and spirit lifting tools. Thank you Amity && mentors for being apart of my recovery!!! Dr. Helene Rhodes Kramer, Rheumatologist at the Tucson VA specialty clinics, is that doctor.
Recently, my pain got so bad that I went to the local VA emergency room for relief and completely forgot I had a scheduled tele-health visit with her. While I was in the ER receiving 1,000 mg of steroids shot to calm the inflammation, Dr. Kramer called because I hadn't logged into our video appointment. When she learned I was in the ER, she spoke directly with the emergency room team about my RA and my treatment.
I was so proud and grateful in that moment because it proved she knows my name and my story, and that she actively defends my care. That kind of attention and coordination doesn't just feel good emotionally — it improves my overall well-being and my medical outcomes. It's the difference between feeling like "just another patient" and feeling truly seen.
Dr. Kramer is my VA doctor because she knows who I am. That means everything when you're living with a chronic, painful disease.

First of all the nurses are very nice and professional the lady that does urines DARLENE very professional at her job as far as the counselors there's only maybe two professional counselors in the whole place and one of them is Miss Pat. Hands down the best clinic I've ever been a patient of. From the case managers to the nurses to the doctors, they are all very caring, competent, and professional. Being a non-profit, they maintain a culture where the care and wellbeing of their patients is prioritized over profits. Compassionate and non-judgmental with responsive and courteous staff. Fantastic level of care compared to many other clinics I've been to. You can tell they want to see you succeed.

I want to thank my counselor at st Mary's , Brandon I started seeing Brandon sin late Jan 2023 I learned a lot about my self how to handle everyday problems stress and anger management, Brandon always one on one devoted all I needed Brandon is exalant counselor he the extra time to make sure when I left class he want me feel stress free with a better understanding about what bothered me that day, I learned so I could on but the thing am so grateful to him he made me see myself for who I man because I had a very low self esteam he showed me am not only one with problem and for me to keep everything locked up om my chest, he gave me my Confidence back, if noticed I had bad day he would call on weekends to check up on me, I just want to thank you and couldn't have done without Brandon, made a friend for life
